How we met
We first noticed each other from afar at Nationals in April, 2009 but didn't officially meet until Team Force tryouts the next month. He was living in Tucson, I was living in Seattle and then Austin.
It might have ended there, but a friend's freak scrambled eggs accident a year later meant that I needed somewhere to stay in Tucson for a few days and Jeff offered his house. We became friends over that week, and when Jeff decided to move to Texas we became roommates.
Well, the roommate part only lasted a few months...
